Do you offer free surveys and quotes?
Yes β all surveys and quotations are completely free and no-obligation. We visit your property, take measurements and provide a detailed written quote with no pressure to proceed.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Kent including Maidstone, Canterbury, Dartford, Sidcup, Orpington, Bromley, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Ashford, Faversham and more. DA, BR, TN and ME postcodes are our core areas.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed within a single day. From order to installation, the typical lead time is 4β6 weeks depending on specification. Once your product is ready, we aim to install within 7 days.
Do you remove old doors and windows?
Yes β we remove and responsibly dispose of all old frames at no extra charge as part of our standard service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Finance options are available β ask us for details when you receive your quote.

What is a composite door?
A composite door combines multiple materials β a solid timber core, GRP (fibreglass) outer skin and polyurethane foam insulation β to deliver the look of wood with superior strength, security and thermal performance.
Can I have different colours inside and out?
Yes β one of the most popular options. Many customers choose anthracite grey or black outside with white inside to match their interior dΓ©cor. Over 200 colour options are available.
Are your windows energy efficient?
All our windows carry an A or A+ energy rating as standard. Our slimline aluminium options also achieve excellent thermal performance despite their narrow frames.
Security & Guarantees
How secure are composite doors?
Our composite doors are PAS 24 rated and Secured by Design approved with multi-point locking systems β significantly more secure than standard uPVC doors and meeting most insurance requirements.
What guarantee do you offer?
All products come with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee plus a workmanship guarantee on all installations. We carry Β£2M public liability insurance and all work is British Standards compliant.
Are you insured?
Yes β we carry Β£2M public liability insurance and all our installations comply with relevant British Standards. We are a fully registered and insured installation company.
Planning & Regulations
Do I need planning permission for a new door?
In most cases, replacing a door in the same opening does not require planning permission. If you're creating a new opening or the property is listed, different rules may apply β we'll advise during your survey.
Do bifold doors need building regulations approval?
Replacing an existing opening generally doesn't require approval. Creating a new structural opening may require it. We'll advise specifically for your property during the free survey.
Can I fit Crittall-style doors in a conservation area?
Modern steel-look alternatives are generally acceptable in conservation areas and many listed properties. Always check with your local authority β we can advise on what's typically permitted in Kent.
