Are composite doors more secure than uPVC?

Yes significantly. Our composite doors are PAS 24 rated and Secured by Design approved with multi-point locking systems — far exceeding standard uPVC doors and meeting most insurer requirements.

Will my composite door fade?

Quality composite doors with a UV-resistant GRP skin hold their colour well. Darker colours like anthracite grey and black are more prone to fading in direct sunlight — ask us about UV-resistant finishes when you book your survey.

Can I have different colours inside and out?

Yes — one of the most popular options. Many customers choose anthracite grey or black outside with white inside to match their interior décor.

Do composite doors need maintenance?

Minimal. An occasional wipe down with warm soapy water and annual lubrication of the locking mechanism is all that's needed. No painting, no treating, no warping to worry about.
